Principle of action

during the installation of the thread pair, the thread of the bolt extrudes the nylon embedded in the nut, causing the deformation of nylon. After the installation, the nylon and the thread are completely in contact with each other. The extruded nylon has a great resilience to the bolt, which makes the bolt not easy to loosen.

Advantage

DIN 985 Nylon self-locking nut is a new type of high anti vibration and anti loose fastening parts, which can be used in various mechanical and electrical products with temperature from – 50 ℃ to 100 ℃. It’s anti vibration and anti loose performance is much higher than other anti loose devices, and its vibration life is several times or even dozens of times higher. At present, more than 80% of the accidents of machinery and equipment are caused by the loosening of fasteners, especially in mining machinery.
