Earnest Machine has recently launched a new line of metric hex flange bolts available exclusively in the UK in 10.9″ and 8.8″ hex flange bolts manufactured to DIN 6921 and PPAP grade 3 approved.
Grades 10.9 and 8.8 are available in clear trivalent zinc plating and are available in diameters M6 to M12. Earnest Machine notes that their 10.9 line is also fired to prevent hydrogen embrittlement.
Back in 2020, Earnest Machine completed the acquisition of National Threaded Fasteners (NTF), a leading American distributor of hex screws and hex nuts. This acquisition allows Earnest Machine to strengthen its existing product line and expand into new products and markets in the US and UK. Since then, the acquisition of the NTF product line has strengthened Earnest Machine’s position in existing markets and allowed it to expand into new markets with the following products: Class 2 Hex Head Flange Bolts, Class 5 Hex Knurled Surfacing Screws and Class 8 Hex Head Flange Screws , hex nuts, hex lock nuts, ISO 8.8, 10.9 and 12.9 hex head screws and hex knurled flange screws.
Other products released by Earnest Machine include Hex Flange Nuts which helped Earnest Machine expand the market, and the former NTF 18-8 Stainless Steel Hex Flange Screws and JIS Hex Flange Screws and Nuts also played a role.
